Jentry McGraw Studio was founded in 2009 on a simple belief: that great design isn’t about impressing strangers — it’s about creating spaces where the people who live in them feel most like themselves.
Over the past 17 years, we’ve completed nearly 250 spaces across Northern California, working with homeowners who share that same conviction. We’ve been featured on HGTV, recognized by our peers, and — most importantly — trusted by clients who come back to us again and again.
What hasn’t changed since day one: the way we listen before we ever put pencil to paper. We believe the best rooms aren’t designed around a trend or a budget line. They’re designed around a person — the way they move through their day, the things they love, the moments they want to come home to.

About Us
Twenty years of work speaks for itself. But if you have questions about who we are and how we operate, here are the ones we hear most.
We are a full-service interior design firm based in Novato, California, serving clients across Northern California — from San Francisco and Marin to Napa Valley and Sonoma. Our work spans new construction, full renovations, and single-room transformations. Every project is led by Jenny Ildefonso, our principal designer.
Jenny is a graduate of the interior design program at Kansas State University — consistently ranked in the top 3 in the U.S. and top 15 in the world. Her work has been published twice in Trends Magazine and featured on HGTV. Over the past 20 years, she has designed homes across the Bay Area, Napa Valley, Marin, and Sonoma counties.
We handle the full range — new construction from the ground up, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bath design, space and furniture planning, and architectural plan review. We also work with clients who simply want to refresh a single room or need a professional eye on key decisions before they pull the trigger.
Every project begins with understanding how you actually live — not just what you want the space to look like. We spend time learning your preferences, routines, and priorities before a single design decision is made. From there, we build a clear plan and see it through from concept to final installation.
We don't impose a signature look. Every home we design is built around the people who live in it. We're also obsessive about execution — not just the concept, but making sure what gets built matches what was designed. Our clients consistently tell us that working with us removed the stress they expected and replaced it with confidence.
We're based in Petaluma, California. Most of our clients are located across Northern California — Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and San Francisco.
