FAQs.

How much does a project cost?

Every home is unique, so pricing depends on the scope, level of customization, and overall complexity of the home. We tailor each proposal specifically to the client and project needs.

Some of the factors that influence investment include:
● New construction vs. remodel
● Size of the home or space
● Level of furnishing and customization
● Architectural detailing and millwork
● Number of rooms involved
● Construction timeline & coordination needs

Our projects can range from furnishing-focused spaces to full-service renovations and new builds. After an initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design phases, and associated fees so you have a clear understanding of the investment from the beginning.

We believe thoughtful design is an investment in how you live every day, and we work closely with clients to create spaces that are both beautiful and deeply functional.

How long does a full project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work, construction schedule, and product lead times. A smaller scope project may take approximately 3-4 months for the design process, followed by a few additional months for construction, while a full home renovation or new construction project can take 6–12 months for design and a year or more for construction.

A typical full-service project includes several phases:
● Pre-Design Documentation
● Design Development
● Finish Selections
● Construction Documents
● Proposal + Approval
● Ordering + Receiving
● Construction
● Final Installation

Because many of our projects include custom furnishings, cabinetry, specialty finishes, and coordination with contractors and trades, timelines are carefully managed from start to finish. We provide a projected design schedule early in the process and maintain communication throughout each phase to help keep the project moving smoothly.

Do I need to have a style in mind before we start?

You don't need to have a style figured out before we start.

Even a general idea—like how you want the space to feel—is enough. From there, we'll explore options together and shape a style that fits you. If you have inspiration, great—but if not, no problem at all.

Will I have to manage contractors or deliveries?

Our team can manage that entire process for you.

We are used to coordinating directly with contractors, vendors, and delivery teams, oversee scheduling, track orders, and handle any issues that arise. Our goal is to make the experience as seamless and hands-off as possible, so you can stay focused on your day-to-day while we manage the details.

You'll receive clear updates at key milestones, but you won't need to be involved in the day-to-day coordination unless you'd like to be.

What does final installation day look like?

On installation day, our team meticulously handles every detail—from furnishings and lighting to art, accessories, and styling. Each piece has been thoughtfully curated, sourced, and placed with intention, so the space feels cohesive, layered, and complete.

We oversee everything: receiving, quality control, placement, styling, and final detailing. Beds are dressed, shelves are styled, lighting is adjusted, and every element is refined down to the smallest detail.

When you walk in, your home is not 'almost done'—it's fully realized. A finished, elevated space designed for how you live, ready to be experienced from the very first moment.
